Please be advised that the Stompin’ the Stigma 5K, organized by the nonprofit Winning The Fight (WTF), will take place at the Riverwalk on:
Saturday, October 4, 20257:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Friday, October 3, 2025 – Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up begins9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
During this time, you can expect:
• Increased foot traffic and activity on Riverwalk streets and pathways• Event staff, volunteers, and local authorities present to assist with safety and logistics• Clean-up crews after the event to return the area to normal conditions
For your reference, a map of the 5K course is attached so you can see the planned route through Riverwalk.
This annual event helps raise awareness for mental health and addiction support. We appreciate your cooperation as Riverwalk hosts this meaningful community gathering. Please note that all required insurance, safety protocols, and clean-up measures are in place.
